Her daughter was able to envision how to turn this men’s striped dress shirt into a cute skirt. She simply cut the sleeves and collar off, and added elastic to form a waistband. The new skirt has a simple, flattering shape with fun details like the buttons up the front and a shirt tail hemline! Isn’t it adorable?
