After a fruitless search for a cute, short-sleeve swim cover-up, she realized that the oversized aqua dollar store t-shirt could be refashioned into just what she’d been looking for.
Michelle used one of her fitted tees as a guide to take in the huge t-shirt’s sides. She used the excess fabric trimmed from the new side seams to create a ruffle to add to the hem. After trimming the sleeves to fit, Michelle’s cute A-line swim cover-up was complete. I love it!
