Lucy from Lucy Designs has been on a picture frame molding kick lately, finding all kinds of creative uses for her stash of picture frame molding she scored from a couple of frame shops that went out of business.
This time around she paired the molding with a spindle and an assortment of metal keys, hinges, and other “doo-dads” to create a truly original piece of artwork. Lucy actually cut and arranged the molding to form a humongo butterfly and then decked it out with all the metal pieces. This girl undoubtedly has some vision. Her attention to detail with this piece is absolutely amazing!
