Vanity Comes to the Front Door

"Back when I was in high school my parents bought me a vanity," says Shonee at Hawthrone and Main. "I really loved using it. I would sit in front of it every day when I would get ready in the mornings." While Shonee no longer uses the vanity, she decided that she still wanted it in her home. Recently, she gave it a makeover.

Glamorous Mirror Makeover

At Mommy Is Coocoo, Amanda and her husband have been finishing up a bath renovation.  As part of the process, the large, unframed mirror over the vanity needed to come down.  The contractor was going to charge them money to remove and dispose of it, but Amanda had other plans. large-bathroom-mirror

Curbside Vanity Makeover

Leah at Dickey's Decor is lucky that her co-workers know what makes her tick:  one of them texted her the address where this old vanity was sitting at the curb.  It was a while before Leah could make her way across town to find it, but it must have been meant to be, because this gorgeous, solid wood piece was still there waiting!
