Bottles to Beach Themed Centerpiece

Hosting a beach-themed party, this summer?  Then you’ll want to check out this pretty centerpiece made from upcycled glass bottles at Organized 31.

Inspired by her Hawaiian childhood, Susan used some of the glass jars she’d been saving and turned them into sea glass lanterns.  She washed the jars, removed paper labels, and painted the jars so that they would have the opaque, blue shade that is like beach glass.  The addition of sand, shells, and candles made them into beautifully styled votive lanterns.
