Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Here’s a project that’s green in more than one way. Lauren blogs at The Thinking Closet, and decided it was time to reorganize her craft drawers. Her budget was tight, so she had to use what she had to optimize her storage and organization.
At Cleverly Inspired, Tracie needed an overhead projector for one of her projects. Instead of trying to find one to buy, she repurposed a cardboard box and sheet protector to become an overhead projector.
At Eat.Sleep.Make., Shannon shares a great little upcycling project. She and her husband get monthly samples from Birchbox, and they arrive in these great little boxes. Something as cute as that couldn’t just get tossed, so Shannon’s been saving them until inspiration struck.

Susan came across this empty box on the shelves at her local grocery store. She felt a little silly admitting it, but there was something about the size and shape that really appealed to her, so she brought it home along with her groceries and set about finding a good use for it. It took Susan–who blogs at Organized 31–a few months, but she finally realized that it could be used for holding CD’s and DVD’s.
