Cheryl from Dillon’s Digital Designs found part of an old chandelier sticking out of her neighbor’s trash can and snatched it. After spray painting it a rich oil rubbed bronze, Cheryl replaced the wiring and metal pieces on each end with Goodwill glasses and tea lights.
