Trash to Treasure projects
Mandy of We Three Mothers writes, “About a month ago, Cooper was having a lot of fun playing restaurant and grocery store owner in the play room with our Melissa and Doug food items and Kiwi Crate grocery apron. I’ve been wanting a little kitchen for Lily and Cooper for a while, but am not a fan of the plastic ones they sell, and the wooden ones everywhere are pretty pricey. Alas! Cooper and I decided to turn this little table into an oven!”

Like me, you’ve probably seen tons of upcycled crib projects. Just when I thought I’d seen them all, I run across this creative repurpose from Gail at My Repurposed Life.

Tami from Curb Alert! vowed she wouldn’t take anything when her neighbor moved and left behind a pile of discarded items. Tami even laughed with her neighbor about a “crafty old school” fireplace screen that was amongst the junk.
Linda from It All Started with Paint got this little table from the thrift store for only $5. Its transformation felt like an Olympic gymnastics competition for Linda, as it had her biting her nails and holding her breath at times to see how it would end.
You may remember the adorable snack tray that Larissa from The House on Harrison made from an old, water-damaged cabinet door she found curbside. Well, she’s back again with another fabulous repurpose for one of the doors!
My husband is an avid coffee drinker, so creamer bottles are regulars in our recycling bin. Jen of Plain Vanilla Mom recently had a blast from the past when she found some old creamer bottles that were her son’s main source of entertainment a few years back.
