Over at Crafting in the Rain, Steph picked up a couple of old shutters at a garage sale.  Her original idea for using these shutters didn’t work out, so they’ve been sitting around in the garage waiting for inspiration to strike.  Inspiration struck when Steph was try to think of ways to organize her washi tape collection.
