The mother-daughter team at Namely Original is at it again! They turned this thrift store art into a fun chalkboard.

At Cleverly Inspired, Tracie needed an overhead projector for one of her projects. Instead of trying to find one to buy, she repurposed a cardboard box and sheet protector to become an overhead projector.

At Marty’s Musings, Marty had a kitchen backsplash that had seen better days and no longer suited her kitchen decor. Outside, she had a pile of wood salvaged from a neighbors old fence. Marty and her husband figured out a way to transform both.

At Make Life Lovely, Laura has been coming up with ways to upcycle empty baby food jars. Her latest project is super versatile.

Here’s a fun project from Kendra at Pots, Pans, & Paintbrushes. She needed a way to display wedding and party invitations that would double as a style prop for her graphic designs. Kendra salvaged an old picture frame from her MeMaw’s toss pile.

This bulletin board shows just how skilled the ladies over at Namely Original are at bringing new life to old, discarded items. Julia had been looking for a new cork board, but her mom was not too excited about forking over the money. Therefore, she found a more budget-friendly option in this curbside find.
Shari from Turnstyle Vogue loves to incorporate old windows into her home décor. If you’ve been itching to get your hands on an old window of your own, Shari suggests checking out “vintage stores, Habitat ReStores, Craigslist and your local recycling center.”

While perusing her local Re-Store, Jeanie from Create and Babble stumbled upon this “shabby, cracked, chippy” piece of scrap wood and absolutely loved it! Plus, at forty cents, the price wasn’t too shabby either!
