This counter height farmhouse table was one of the first furniture purchases Kristy from The Diary of Dave's Wife ever made. Over the years it's been used and slightly abused. Since she still loved the table, Kristy decided to give it a new lease on life with a makeover.

"My sister-in-law and her husband bought a new house, and I really wanted to make something for them," explains Mindi at My Love 2 Create. Her sister had mentioned that they could use a table for their entryway, so that's what Mindi set out to make. Her material of choice? Salvaged deck wood.
