Back to School Blocks

At Organized 31, Susan was inspired to make a cute decoration to commemorate the beginning of the new school year.  She started with an old set of wooden Jenga blocks.

This was a project that Susan was able to get her kids involved with.  They painted one side of each block with craft paint:  black for the chalkboard, yellow for a ruler, and pink for an eraser.  A few more details painted on each block completed the project.  ” It would be cute to decorate an entire set as a teacher gift,” Susan suggests.
