Fabric Makes a Shelf Fab

Kristi from My Weekly Habit has been working on turning her guest bedroom into an office space.  She’s been pulling pieces of furniture in from other rooms of the house, like this small white shelf that had been down in the basement.

To give this shelf a quick style boost, Kristi pulled off the thin back panel.  She covered the panel in a pretty turquoise print fabric, then nailed it back into place.  The fabric provides a lovely backdrop for an other wise plain, unforgettable shelf.  Great idea!
