Stylish Side Tables Started as Paint Buckets

If you have followed my blog for awhile, you know I have an addiction for recycling old paint buckets,” says Ama at OhOh Blog.  But when you see the stylish side tables she’s going to show you, you’ll have a hard time believing that they started out as paint buckets!

Ama used the paint buckets she had to form the base of this table.  Cutting up the plastic buckets, she used part of them to support the tabletop and attach the wooden legs.  Another part was used to add further support to the legs and act as a small shelf.  She topped the tables with plywood circles, taping off a cool geometric pattern before painting them.  They look so stylish!

Ama provides a detailed tutorial for making these darling side tables out of paint buckets at OhOh Blog.
