Sentimental Family Sign

At The Little Moments, Amy Jo created a sweet sign for her home by using several things she already had on hand:  a vintage, glass doorknob, a cabinet door, and her craft cutting machine.

The original project was only going to involve the cabinet door and a saying cut out in vinyl using the craft machine.  Amy Jo painted the cabinet and applied the letters.  She hadn’t measured before cutting, so on application she realized that the words weren’t quite large enough to fill the sign.  Not only that, there was a hole left in the door from when a knob had been there.  That’s when Amy Jo looked through her stash and realized that she had a plate and knob that would fit just perfectly into the empty space.  Problem solved–beautifully!

  1. I was wondering if you ever considered changing the page layout of your site?
Its very well written; I love what youhve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it
better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 pictures.
Maybe you could space it out better?
