Dry Sink Gets a Two Tone Transformation

When April of House By Hoff spotted this dry sink, it was living in her neighbor’s basement….and her neighbor had plans to throw it away!  April couldn’t let that happen to this charming piece, so it came home with her.

“When I got it home, I realized that the towel bar looked “too country” in my house,” April says.  She made a few changes to the structure of the piece, removing both the towel bar and the cupboard doors.  Next, she used Country Chic Paint in “Vanilla Frosting” to paint the sides, front, and inside of this dry sink.  She left the wood tone on the drawers and top.  The original hardware got a coat of darker spray paint, and the open shelf was accessorized with a wire basket.  So pretty!
