Do we have any Girl Scout families out there? Here’s a fun way for your girl scouts to advertise their cookie sales AND do a little upcycling project while they are at it. It comes to us from Girl Scout mom and upcycler extraordinaire, Laura of Laura Kelly’s Inklings.
To help sell their cookie quota, Laura and her Girl Scout came up with the idea to create a cookie photo booth! They cut a frame from a piece of foam board, and decorated it with pictures of the cookies cut out from the boxes. Then, they made fun photo booth props, like glasses on a stick, by cutting the shapes out of more of the empty cookie boxes. The boxes are good, stiff cardboard, making them just the right weight for props on a stick. Looks like the Girl Scouts had tons of fun making and using this fun photo booth!
