Over at Love Grows Wild, Ashley from Cherished Bliss shares an upcycling project that’s perfect for your holiday decor. ”I started out with an old window screen that I got from a rental we lived in, but you could just as easily make this work for a regular frame too,” she says.
For this project, Ashley also made use of some burlap fabric with gold dots, clothespins, and mini chalkboard ornaments she found at the craft store. She simply hot glued the back of the clothespins to the screen. Then she clipped squares of burlap and the ornaments into the clothespins. The final touch was writing a cheerful Christmas sentiment–JOY–onto the chalkboards. Adorable, right?
