“I believe this was one of those small cabinets that go above a toilet or perhaps in a laundry room,” says Sherry at Upcycle Addict. “It was in perfect condition… nothing wrong with it. It was sitting on a curb along with a small mountain of stuff that had been tossed after clean up from the tornado.”
Knowing she could do something with it, Sherry took the cabinet home. She added a top, made from landscaping stakes, and used old bed risers to make feet. She painted the cabinet with a homemade chalk paint mixture, and handpainted a fun “coffee time” design onto the front. Now the cabinet serves as a coffee station in Sherry’s kitchen. Cute!
