Over at her blog, Gingerly Made, Ginger shares an easy upcycling project with duct tap and shoe boxes.  Since it’s back to school time, you might just have a few shoe boxes hanging around, right?

Ginger explains that giving a shoebox a fun new look with duct tape is east–just cover the outside of the box with patterned duct tape!  “I love this idea because it upcycles something you might be otherwise tempted to throw away, it’s easy on the budget, and it can be used it so many ways,” she tells us.  “Middle and high schoolers could even fit one or two of these in their locker depending on the size of the box.”  Great idea, Ginger!  With all the different types of patterned duct tape available, you could really go to town with this one.
