Nicole blogs at The Felted Fox. She says, “When we recently replaced our home’s water supply pipe with copper, my husband had several 1 foot pieces of copper pipe left over. Instead of throwing it in the recycling bin, I repurposed the pieces into useful, pretty vases.”
It’s pretty neat to find out just how Nicole did that. She cut the pipes to the size she wanted, then used oven bake clay to create interesting bases. She even cut a cute shape out of the clay before she baked it. The end result? Unique vases with a mid-century mod flair. Aren’t they great?
