Chevron Kitchen Lampshade Redo

Hayley blogs at Welcome to the Mouse House.  ”I decided to spruce up our boring kitchen light fixture using some fabric I had on hand,” she says.

The before state wasn’t half bad, but Hayley was craving a little more color and pattern for this part of her house.  She used a happy aqua chevron fabric and fabric adhesive to cover her existing shades.  Now, they match the fabric covered boxes she recently made for the adjoining family room.  Smart, right?
