After visiting an estate auction with a friend, Liz from Zil’s Space was intrigued by a cherry wood box filled with plumbing supplies that her friend had purchased. The box had been roughly crafted by the estate’s owner, and Liz’s friend was kind enough to pass it on to her.
After several weeks of walking by the box in her workroom, Liz decided to turn it into a storage bench for a collection of unruly wool skeins. Here’s Liz’s beautiful box all gussied up with a new set of legs and upholstered top.
