A big old farmhouse has left diyDiva Kit with a lot of outdoor space to fill. Kit decided it was time she stop just laying on her porch floor and instead create some more appropriate seating. She started with this once black patio set that she’d painted years ago.
Kit was inspired to create a new wood tabletop and decided to use barnwood from her rubble pile for a more rustic look. Adding a wood top to an existing metal table is a great way to change things up. Depending on your style and décor, you could go for a more polished, glossy look like Kit’s original inspiration.
