Catherine of Freddy & Petunia took on the motto of “Be fearless” when making over a pretty curved headboard and footboard set. She had repainted and upholstered the headboard but had something extra special in store for the footboard. Something that required her to… “be fearless.”
Catherine took a saw to her pretty footboard, removing the panels in order to replace them with caning. I am so glad Catherine didn’t shy away from the somewhat intimidating task because the footboard looks beautiful. Catherine reminds us that in the business of roadkill rescuing there’s really nothing to lose, so you might as well “be fearless!”
