Angelina from Ruby Jean received this French desk years ago from a neighbor for free. She had lovingly refinished it with an exchange student from Taiwan for her bedroom. Even though it was full of meaning and wonderful memories, Angelina knew it was time the desk had a fresh start after years sitting in the garage.
Out came the Annie Sloan chalk paint and wax! I love the desk’s soft new look and its presence in Angelina’s UH-mazing sewing room. Who would think someone would ever give away such an beautiful piece. The shape and details are simply gorgeous!
