Spring has already brought us so much glorious sunshine and warm weather that I am more eager than ever to create a beautiful outdoor space for our family to enjoy. Outdoor furniture can get pretty pricey, but Jessica from Running with Scissors found a way to repurpose an old whiskey barrel and pile of junk wood for her patio.
The whiskey barrel that was once collecting weeds has become a table base, and the pile of rotting wood has been transformed into a tabletop. What’s cool about using the barrel is it provides hidden storage for Jessica’s firewood. Jessica already had all the materials on hand, making this project a total freebie!
