You know you’ve got the hookup when even your father-in-law will jump into a dumpster for you! That’s how Karin from Art Is Beauty ended up with an old table base that was once used for a phonograph. She also happened to have a couple of vintage suitcases on hand that she had purchased from the Goodwill.
And so, with a little paint and a few screws, Karin’s suitcase table was born! Like Karin says, “Much like Chocolate and Peanut butter…these two were meant to be together.” I don’t think I could say it much better than that!

That is pretty freakin’ cool! I want to do this for my sewing table now!! I could store all my sewing supplies inside the suitcase. Eep!
I saw this once in person and thought it was amazing. I love this project and hopefully will try it one day!
