Dresser Garden Box

If you have little outdoor space or are a renter, you may have to get a bit more creative when it comes to gardening. Tracy shares on Hub Pages how to turn an old dresser into your own little tiered garden.

Since the dresser is being repurposed as an outdoor planter that will be exposed to the elements, there really is no need for anything fancy. You can find an old, beat-up dresser for next to nothing at a yard sale or thrift store that would be perfect for this project. Instead of going to the dump or being turned into firewood, Tracy’s dresser now provides the perfect little home for her edible plants.

So wish I would have seen this sooner. Last week there was an old dresser by the road for trash pick up. Didn’t think I had any use for it at this time, so I let it pass.
    Maybe next time……

  2. Great way to make furniture useful for the outdoors :-)
