I am kind of embarrassed to admit that I get a newspaper every Sunday but never actually read it. I immediately pull out the ads and coupons and then chuck the rest of the paper right into the recycling bin. Keri from Pressed Down, Shaken Together shares a fabulous way to upcycle your newspaper (whether you read it or not!).
Keri cut her newspaper into strips and then twisted it around a wreath form to make a really cool wreath. I agree with Keri that the paper almost looks like scraps of fabric with the bits of color peeking out. You can create your own unique, ecofriendly newspaper wreath for less than five bucks.

That’ really cute!
Way to upcycle/recycle! It doesn’t hurt that it looks great.
