Vintage Leather Top Table

Amy from Junque Chic 5 was shocked to find a leather-top side table for only $10 at a local thrift store. They rarely had good finds, so Amy scooped this baby right up! It’s only major flaw was a gaping whole in the back where someone had undoubtedly put power cords.

Using what she had on hand, Amy filled the big ol’ hole with wood filler and then primed and painted the whole piece, carefully taping off the leather top. She then applied a glaze that looks great with the vintage brown leather. I love the tiered design of this table and can see why she is now Amy’s “new love!”
