I simply love inspiring others. That’s why I was so thrilled and honored to read how Roadkill Rescue has inspired Tanna from Pollock Family Four to start looking for ways to turn the old into new. Tanna scored her first big find in a pile of wood that was sitting curbside. It turned out to be a wood garage door that a little old lady was going to have to pay a fortune to have removed. Of course she was ecstatic for Tanna to take it off her hands.
With some sanding, painting, and trim, Tanna and hubs were able to turn some of the wood into a headboard for their master bedroom. Not only it is special because it’s their first headboard but they made it together for very little cost. Don’t you just love the reward of turning trash into treasure?
