Myra from The Casabella Project was the lucky recipient of a metal sewing machine base from one of her hub’s co-workers. In the midst of renovating a bathroom and installing a mantel in her 1950s home, an idea for the base popped into her head. It only took an old cabinet door to transform it into a accent table with a vintage vibe.
With industrial furniture so hot right now, the base was a great grab for Myra. Wouldn’t this be a great way to repurpose Great Great Grandma’s old sewing machine instead of letting it collect cobwebs in an attic?
